VIEWING BEST PRACTICES

How do I watch the event?
Attendees can stream through their computer, tablet, smartphone, projector, or TV. However, the best way to view the event is on your laptop or desktop.
On a mobile device – You will need access to either a strong 4G or LTE signal, or a Wi-Fi connection with at least 2 Mbps.
On a laptop/desktop - Full HD requires an internet connection with at least 2.5 Mbps.
On a projector/TV - Connect your computer directly to the projector/TV or use Chromecast/Apple TV.

How do I reset my password?
From the login page, simply enter your e-mail address and choose “Reset My Password.” You will then receive an email with instructions on how to complete the process.

Can someone else use my email/password?
One login can be active on multiple devices, but please know that your individual participation is tied to rewards, so each attendee should be logged in separately on their own device in order to be eligible for bonuses if available.

The platform keeps logging me out of my session. What do I do?
The event viewing site will log you out if there are two hours of inactivity. Simply log back in to access the session.

LIVE STREAM

My live stream window isn’t starting. Help.
If you have just entered from the Waiting Room, please wait for one minute. Your session will begin shortly. If you are joining mid-session, please hover over the video window and click the play button to start your live stream.

How do I make my window full screen?
Unfortunately, there is no full-screen capability at this time.
